Sticker Pack

The MYH Sticker Pack goes hand in hand with the MYH HERO Journal, where you can apply them to the mood-tracking section on your daily pages as to the rewards section in the back of your HERO Journal. Each pack includes 4 sheets of various stickers with their own functions and purpose – however you can also interpret them as you wish and use them as you see fit.

At the back of your HERO Journal and I AM Notebook, you will find an envelope where you can store your stickers without needing to carry them around separately.
